Introduction

When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation will contain all the information about the products, price, billing, and shipping address. If there is any error in the order, please contact us immediately at hello@ctcolletion.se. Any changes or additions must be made before your order is processed and shipped from us. Orders made by individuals under 18 years of age require parental permission before purchase. Individuals under 18 who make purchases without parental consent are not obligated to the purchase but will be financially responsible for any costs incurred by CT Collection. Orders made in another person’s name without consent will be reported. The order confirmation is always automatically sent to the email address you provided during the order placement. By placing an order, the customer agrees to CT Collection’s purchase terms and accepts the responsibility for payment.

 

Cancellations:

You have the right to cancel an order before it is packed/shipped from us. After an order has been packed following placement, cancellation is not possible, and returning the order via the open purchase policy is applicable.If you contact us before your order has been packed, we can cancel/change your order. Cancellations should be made via email to hello@ctcolletion.se or through the contact form under “contact us.” Always include the order ID.

 

Price Changes:

Prices in the store are listed in SEK (Swedish Krona) and include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, price list misprints, and price inaccuracies due to incorrect information. Stocked products are always delivered at the confirmed price. Price changes for in-stock products between order and delivery will reflect the price at the order placement. For products not in stock at the time of order, the confirmed price applies with reservations for supplier price adjustments or other circumstances.

 

Shipping:

CT Collection always offers free shipping to pick-up points throughout Sweden. Confirmed orders for stocked products before 1:00 PM are typically packed and shipped the same day (on weekdays). Delivery time is up to 1-3 working days. Deviations in delivery time may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as overload or external factors. Note: Orders placed on weekends are typically sent out at the earliest on the following Monday. Shipping Method:

Delivery is normally through Postnord or DHL based on weight and size, from our warehouse (pick-up point retention time: 14 days). For unclaimed shipments, a service fee of 100 SEK is charged for administrative costs (this may vary for different products and is in addition to shipping costs).

 

Transport Damage:

Always check your delivery upon collection from the pick-up point. If the goods appear damaged due to a defective package, always inspect the item. For transport-damaged items (physical damage to the item), contact the logistics partner and report within five working days. Then contact us via the contact form or email and provide the order ID and the carrier’s tracking number.

 

Support:

If you encounter issues where your product is not functioning correctly or similar problems, we are here to help. You can reach us here or via email to address any issues with your product. We always strive to assist our customers in resolving any problems.

 

Error Reporting:

If you experience issues with your product, please provide a detailed error report explaining the problems you encountered. Submit the error report to us here. Providing comprehensive information is crucial for a thorough evaluation.

Please note that for warranties and complaints, the following are not accepted: returns found to be free from defects, issues arising from improper use/handling, returns lacking sufficient error descriptions, items lacking or having damaged packaging, and returns not approved by CT Collection for any other reason.

If returns are not approved, they will be sent back to the sender, who will be charged a service/inspection fee of 200 SEK, along with shipping costs and any other fees. The customer is responsible for the product until it is received by CT Collection.

In case of disputes between CT Collection and private consumers, we always abide by ARN’s recommendations.

 

Right of Withdrawal:

You must notify us if you wish to withdraw from your purchase. Send your withdrawal notification to us at l hello@ctcolletion.se or via the “contact us” form. In your notification, clearly indicate your name, address, email, order ID, and the specific items for return. You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after your withdrawal notification. You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products to be returned, so ensure they are well-packaged and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct an amount equivalent to the depreciation of the product’s original value due to use or damage from the refund amount.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products sealed for health or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken by you.
  • Products categorized as sealed audio or video recordings, if the seal has been broken by you.
  • Custom-made products specifically tailored to you or distinctly personalized according to your preferences.
  • Services that have been fully performed with your explicit consent to begin the service without the right of withdrawal.
  • Perishable goods, such as food.

Complaints and Feedback:

We inspect all products before shipping them to you. In the event of damaged or incorrect items upon arrival, we commit to rectify the issue at no cost, in line with current consumer protection legislation. Always obtain our approval before returning a faulty item. Complaints should be promptly submitted after discovering the fault.

 

How to Proceed with a Complaint:

Any faults and defects should always be reported to hello@ctcollection.se, stating your name, address, email, order ID, and a description of the fault. If we are unable to resolve the issue or provide a similar product, we will refund you for the faulty product under current consumer protection legislation. We cover the return shipping costs for approved complaints. We reserve the right to deny a complaint if it is found that the item is not faulty according to current consumer protection legislation. Limitation of Liability:

We do not accept responsibility for indirect damages resulting from the product. We are not liable for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances may include labor disputes, fires, wars, government decisions, reduced or failed deliveries from suppliers. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any product changes/features altered by the supplier or other factors beyond our control.

 

Product Information:

We reserve the right to correct any printing errors on this website and the completion of product sales. We do not guarantee that images accurately depict the products’ appearance due to potential color differences depending on screen display, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to present products as accurately as possible.

Shipping Company
